About the UKSSB
The United Kingdom Spine Societies Board (UKSSB) is a registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation (Charity No. 1204121). We bring together national spinal societies and professional bodies to advance spinal care through collaboration, education, and research.
Our Constituent Member Societies
The UKSSB Board is comprised of representatives from the following national professional membership societies:
The Board includes representatives for the British Orthopaedic Association (BOA), the Society of British Neurological Surgeons (SBNS), along with other co-opted members where necessary.
Our Purpose
UKSSB exists to promote the advancement of spinal care across the United Kingdom by supporting:

How We Work
To achieve these aims, the UKSSB will:

Support instruction, training, and research in spinal conditions

Encourage collaboration between UK spinal organisations

Organise the BritSpine conference every two years - a major scientific and educational meeting for the spine community

Maintain mailing lists to share information with:
