Recognising Toxic Stress

Surgery is stressful, there is no getting away from that. Niall Eames - Consultant Spinal Surgeon (T&O) – Northern Ireland and Aprajay Golash - Consultant Spinal Surgeon (neuro) – Preston, explore further the “zonal approach” to recognising toxic stress as a surgeon. The Stress Continuum is a model that identifies how people react in stressful situations.
